1Peter 5:6 (KJV) “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time”
It is the will of God that His people experience divine exaltation, promotion, and lifting, but always in His time, by His hand, and for His glory. Our God specialises in lifting men from nothing to greatness. The Bible says, “For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. [7] but it is God who judges; He brings down one and exalts another” (Psa. 75:6-7). Again, the Bible says, “He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them” (1Sa. 2:8; KJV). May the LORD God promote you in due time, in the precious name of Jesus.
It is important that our promotion be divinely orchestrated, not politically negotiated or dubiously obtained; for what God ordains, He sustains, but what men manipulate will eventually collapse. Promotion that comes from God brings peace and permanence; promotion secured by politics brings pressure and instability. Wait for God’s timing and method of promotion, because divine elevation carries God’s backing, but human manipulation carries hidden costs.
