Hebrews 10:19 (KJV) “Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus”
Hebrews 10 explains how Christ’s once-for-all sacrifice replaces the old covenant sacrifices. Under the Law of Moses, only the High Priest could enter the Holiest of All (the Holy of Holies), and only once a year, on the Day of Atonement. The people themselves could never enter. But now, believers, ordinary men and women, are invited into God’s very presence. The Holy of Holies in the Old Testament is the innermost room of the tabernacle where God’s presence dwelt. The Holy of Holies in the New Covenant is “God’s immediate presence”, which the believer in Christ Jesus can enter boldly in prayer, worship, communion with Him, by the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus is the “access key”, the guarantee, the right to come before God. The blood of Jesus is a master card that opens every spiritual door, including the Holiest of All. Hallelujah!
Now, take the blood of Jesus with you and enter boldly into God’s presence today, in prayer and communion. Your Heavenly Father waits eagerly to receive you into fellowship with Him. Serve Him in gladness and return in His presence with joy and grace. Hallelujah!!!
